In Peru, shrimp farming is usually carried out in coastal areas, as there are brackish or seawater supply ponds. Also, the land is swampy or sandy, and sometimes organic soils may appear. Such land is not suitable for growing crops or plantations, and the price is relatively cheap. Installation method of HDPE Geomembrane Pond Liner Roll

1. Base surface treatment

1) Flatness: ±5cm/m2, the base surface is flat and straight;

2) Compaction degree: more than 90%, the anti-seepage film can be laid on it after rolling;

3) Vertical and horizontal slope: the vertical and horizontal slope should be above 2%;

4) Base surface cleaning: There should be no sharp-edged objects within the vertical depth of 2.5cm.

2. Laying and cutting of HDPE Geomembrane

1) Before laying the HDPE Geomembrane , first check and measure the laying area, and transport the anti-seepage membrane with the matching size in the warehouse to the anchoring ditch platform according to the measured size. A convenient way to “push a shop”;

2) When laying HDPE Geomembrane , it is necessary to strive for less welds, and on the premise of ensuring quality, try to save raw materials;

3) When laying, it should extend from the bottom to the high position, do not pull too tightly, and leave a margin of 1.50% for local sinking and stretching;

4) The longitudinal joints of two adjacent sheets should not be on a horizontal line, and should be staggered by more than 1m;

5) The longitudinal joint should be more than 1.50m away from the slope toe and the bent foot, and should be set on the plane;

6) Slope first and then the bottom of the field;

7) When laying the side slope, the film spreading direction should be basically parallel to the slope line;

8) After the HDPE Geomembrane is laid, it is necessary to minimize walking on the membrane surface, moving tools, etc. Any objects that can cause harm to the HDPE Geomembrane should not be placed on the membrane or carried on the membrane for walking.
